2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or an incorrect item shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Outdoor Realm is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
